Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse medical units including ER, Med-Surg, and Telemetry
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance, hospital policies, and safety standards
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain detailed electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active NV RN license (or compact license with quick endorsement process)
- BSN degree or enrollment in accredited BSN program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with ACLS preferred
- Graduation from accredited nursing school within last 12 months
- Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
