Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone triage to determine appropriate care urgency
- Accurately document patient information and medical histories in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Educate patients on home care instructions and follow-up procedures
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance clinical skills

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Recent nursing graduate or <1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in emergency situations
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Valid BLS certification (or obtainable during onboarding)
