Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided equipment (hoists, lifts, etc.)
- Monitor client vitals and report changes to care team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean and organized client living spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Clear background check and drug screening
