Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence using provided medical equipment
- Assist with mobility and transfer using specialized lifting devices
- Document care activities and client progress using electronic health records system
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Implement customized care plans with provided mobility aids and safety equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean environment using provided cleaning and hygiene tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to use electronic health records systems and provided medical devices
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and compassion for seniors
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with provided mechanical assistance
