Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care using company-provided medical equipment (lifts, mobility aids, etc.)
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, medication management)
- Monitor health vitals and report changes to healthcare team
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain safe home environment
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to client homes
