Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs using provided equipment
- Assist with daily living activities and household tasks
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Document care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Monitor client well-being and report changes to healthcare team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to operate medical equipment (provided by company)
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for seniors
