Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care for seniors with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions using provided medical equipment
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Document care activities and client progress using digital health records
- Assist with mobility using provided mobility aids and transfer equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided mechanical lift equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly care
