Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including restorative and surgical cases
- Manage patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory protocols
- Process digital radiographs and manage patient records
- Coordinate scheduling and inventory for 4-operatories
- Assist in emergency care protocols and crisis management
Qualifications
- Current Georgia Dental Assistant certification or DANB eligibility
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/DEXIS practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Exceptional chairside demeanor and infection control expertise
- Strong radiography skills including bitewings and periapicals
