Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Implement patient education and discharge planning protocols
- Adhere to JCAHO and NM Board of Nursing standards
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
