Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures with precision and efficiency
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments per OSHA standards
- Take and develop dental radiographs using digital imaging systems
- Manage patient records and digital charting with our advanced software
- Provide chairside support and comfort measures for anxious patients
- Coordinate inventory and restock essential dental supplies
- Delieve post-operative instructions and follow-up care guidance
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Texas
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and infection control compliance
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
