Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using precise chairside techniques
- Perform digital radiography and maintain accurate patient records
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for optimal efficiency
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and insurance verification processes
Qualifications
- Active California Dental Assistant (RDA) license or DANB certification
- 2+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification and radiography certification
- Exceptional communication skills for patient interaction
- Ability to adapt schedules with 24-hour advance notice
