Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with precision and care.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (Radiography) following safety protocols.
- Guide patients through their dental journey, explaining procedures and post-care instructions.
- Manage patient records and update dental history accurately in our digital system.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) in Alaska.
- Experience with chairside assisting and 4-handed dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and OSHA compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
