Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holiday rotations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain patient safety and treatment plans
- Accurately document patient records and adhere to hospital protocols
- Participate in orientation and onboarding processes for new assignments
- Maintain compliance with all state nursing regulations and facility requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- BLS/ACLS certifications required, TNCC/PALS preferred
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to travel independently and relocate temporarily
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
