Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and feeding
- Accurate monitoring and documentation of vital signs and patient conditions
- Assisting with medication administration under RN supervision
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintaining clean, safe environments through proper sanitation protocols
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Responding promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Availability for flexible night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
