Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units with adaptable shift scheduling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols and nursing standards
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility-specific regulations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support

Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred based on assignment
