Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in assigned clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility-specific protocols and infection control standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Maintain compliance with all state nursing board regulations
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for ICU/ER roles
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
