Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platform
- Administer medications and treatments following established clinical protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems with real-time charting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatment using remote monitoring tools
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management
- Respond to emergency situations via tele-triage protocols with rapid escalation protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Exceptional communication skills with virtual patient interaction experience
- Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities in remote care environments
