Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Support patient emotional well-being and companionship
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active DC CNA license required
- Minimum 6 months CNA experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
