Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through telehealth and in-person assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using our proprietary digital health platform

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience

- Strong critical thinking and digital communication skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
