Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry)
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Document clinical outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior nurses and students as needed
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to rotate between day/night/weekend shifts
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
