Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in alignment with evidence-based practices and facility protocols
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care

Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
