Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone, telehealth, and in-person consultations to determine urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) with detailed clinical documentation
- Provide education on home care instructions and preventive health measures
- Triage emergency cases efficiently while maintaining calm under pressure
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification with current renewal status
- Strong assessment skills in emergency/urgent care settings
- Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems preferred
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules (days, evenings, weekends)
