Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Engage in companionship activities and emotional support
- Maintain detailed care logs and client records
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Clear CORI/SORI background check
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
