Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication management as directed by medical staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's mental well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties in the client's home.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA or Home Health Aide certification.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift and assist patients (up to 50 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
