Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support patients with daily living activities and medication reminders
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
