Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs and health conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Administer medications as prescribed and trained
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
- Participate in care plan development and reviews
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate demeanor with seniors
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
