Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient behavior, and health metrics
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning to prevent pressure injuries
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Communicate patient changes to healthcare team members
- Support emotional well-being through active listening and companionship
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
