Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate direct patient care to residents in Baltimore, MD.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients and residents.
- Document patient care information accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Support the nursing staff with procedures and treatment plans as directed.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA or LPN license in the State of Maryland.
- CPR and BLS certification must be current.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform the physical demands of the job effectively.
