Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in long-term care and hospital settings
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding) and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate electronic health records via remote portal
- Coordinate care plans through virtual team meetings
- Respond to patient inquiries via telehealth platform
- Inventory and order supplies using remote inventory systems
- Participate in mandatory remote training and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in clinical setting
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Background check and drug screen required
