Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain clean living environments
- Document client care progress and report changes to healthcare team
- Comply with all HIPAA and agency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Tennessee Home Health Aide certification (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check and drug screen required
