Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing evidence-based nursing practices and clinical judgment
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and self-management strategies
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license in good standing
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
