Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in our advanced EHR system
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care strategies
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
