Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and clinical protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status, documenting all interventions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety regulations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact license with GA residency)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ICU/ER/Critical Care preferred)
- Proficiency in Epic or Cerner EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
