Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, ensuring all systems are scalable and future-proof.
- Architect and implement large-scale AI and machine learning systems that drive business value.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business workflows.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to assess their viability for our roadmap.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of all deployed AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
