Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, autonomous AI systems capable of zero-shot learning and real-time decision making.
- Lead a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to prototype next-generation neural architectures.
- Define the technical vision for integrating Quantum computing protocols with classical AI workflows.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring our systems are transparent, fair, and safe.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate abstract 2026 roadmaps into concrete technical deliverables.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and their potential application in optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring senior engineering talent.
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is a major plus.
