Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructures capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond, utilizing advanced neural architectures.
- Lead Research Trajectories: Spearhead research initiatives focused on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Define 2026 Roadmaps: Create comprehensive technical roadmaps that align with the company's long-term vision for the future.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine and optimize model efficiency, reducing latency and maximizing throughput in real-time environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation in all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
