- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure alignment across all strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Sustainability).
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress quarterly.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
