- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven experience developing multi-year corporate roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products or services
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CIPM) preferred
