- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation lab with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate R&D
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record in launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) preferred
- Portfolio of successful innovation projects with measurable impact
