Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D portfolios with $5M+ budgets
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex R&D budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
