Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces to position Nexus Horizon for market leadership.
- Lead AI Strategy & Innovation: Oversee the research and development of proprietary AI models, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and scalability requirements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and guide high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-stakes projects and budget allocations.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce governance frameworks for AI ethics, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in all automated systems.
- Partnership & Ecosystem Building: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, tech startups, and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps, with a specific focus on future technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Networks).
- Academic Background: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams through periods of rapid growth and technical disruption.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current AI landscape and the projected trajectory through 2026 and beyond.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to a broad audience, including investors and executives.
