- Ethics & Compliance: Establish guidelines for ethical AI usage and data privacy within the organization.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in organizational strategy, consulting, or human resources with a focus on digital transformation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and their potential impact on business operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, or AI ethics certification is a plus.
