- Technology Integration: Identify and integrate next-gen tools (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) into our existing infrastructure to drive efficiency.
- Culture Transformation: Lead change management initiatives to prepare our workforce for the shift toward collaborative intelligence and digital-first ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and operational teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously measure the impact of new systems, iterating on processes to maximize ROI and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 5+ years of experience in Operations, Product Management, or Strategic Planning with a focus on future technologies.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI concepts, including Machine Learning basics, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, LangChain).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and create structured solutions from high-level concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into compelling business narratives for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, agile environments and pivoting strategies based on market trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
