Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Workforce Strategy that integrates AI, automation, and advanced collaboration tools.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis on emerging technologies (GenAI, Metaverse, Digital Twins) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to structure teams for maximum agility and efficiency in a remote-first/hybrid future.
- Design and implement change management frameworks to facilitate the smooth adoption of new technologies across all departments.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to align digital transformation goals with long-term business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions that support scalable, future-proof operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or technology consulting within the US market.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its implications for labor markets, workflow automation, and ethics.
- Proven experience in managing complex change management projects from conception through execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, high-level business insights.
- Experience working in or with New York-based organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a vision to diverse stakeholders.
