Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Strategic HR, or Business Strategy.
- Proven experience designing and implementing hybrid work models and flexible policies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
