Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains relevant and competitive through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive initiatives to optimize latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- System Design: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions.
