Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Generative AI products, ensuring ethical AI standards and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR) for AI model deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architectural reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements in Neuromorphic Computing for 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Proven experience designing microservices architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
