Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of operating in complex edge environments and cloud ecosystems.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to deliver high-quality prototypes by Q4 2026.
- Research & Development: Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI trends, ensuring our technology stack remains future-proof and adaptable.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models with legacy systems and third-party APIs to create seamless user experiences.
- Security & Compliance: Define and implement robust security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and privacy.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate long-term strategic goals into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role focusing on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in large-scale, high-availability environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
