Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize AI model performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and security.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future releases.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with MLOps, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
