What You Will Do:
Join a world-class team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of model development, from research and prototyping to production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for high-volume deployments.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and data governance.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure model robustness and fairness.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments.
